Can I use your app at any conference and event?
We would love to say “yes”, but no. Such a decision is up to the organizer to make as he/she is the one who needs to make an order first.
Do I need multiple apps if I’m attending 1+ events where your app is being used?
You only need 1 :) We didn’t want to annoy you this way, hence we’ve decided to create one app within which all the conferences & events are stored. These, you can of course only access if you’ve purchased a ticket for this or that event.
Who sees my information?
Your in-app info is visible strictly to other registered attendees of the given event who logged into the event environment as well. On top of that, you can always go to your in-app profile and further limit your profile visibility.
I booked a few meetups with other attendees and won't be able to attend the conference at the end - what now?
That’s life and we are ready for that. We made it super-easy to update your meetings with others with a few clicks. Just go to the given meetup info and search for “update”, “cancel” or “reschedule buttons on the bottom of the screen.
How is my time availability setted-up?
The app takes into consideration multiple factors. From conference opening hours through sessions, you’ve added to your agenda to meetings you’ve arranged with other attendees. This makes sure you don’t accidentally overbook yourself. You can also manually edit it under profile in the app.
I received my login info but can’t log in to the specific event. What now?
First, check your internet connection. Second, double check the information you’ve received and try again in 5-10 minutes. Third, double-check you are inputting the correct email address (the same you used while purchasing your ticket for the event). If the problem prevails, please contact email@example.com
