Top questions about live stream
-
What is video streaming?
The virtual equivalent of physical presentations. One or several speakers are “on stage” and attendees sit in the audience. Attendees can post live Q&A via embedded Slido embedded on the side of the live stream, but they are unable to actively step onto the stage via audio-visual input.
-
Where are the presentations taking place?
Option 1: Streaming platforms such as Zoom, LiveStorm or GoToMeeting.
Option 2: The Virtual studio provided by one of the AV media companies or Event agencies you work with. In case you’d like to be introduced to one of our partners - professionals in this area - we are happy to do so.
-
How does the live stream get to the ImpromptMe platform?
The Audio-Visual output is streamed to Youtube, Vimeo or Twitch. From there, it’s then embedded into the ImpromptMe platform & accessed by your virtual attendees.
-
Are there any limitations in terms of the number of viewers?
There are no limitations on our end. The video traffic goes via YouTube, Vimeo or Twitch, based on Your preferences.
-
How many stages can we have live at the same time?
There are no limitations on our end. We also DO NOT charge extra for additional stages.
-
Can I make sure that the live stream is accessible to registered attendees only?
Yes, absolutely! For this purpose, we strongly recommend that the audio-visual input is streamed via Vimeo. The price increases in this case, but we can guarantee that only registered users will be able to watch the live stream via the ImpromptMe platform.
