• I can’t log in to my conference. What now?

  First, check your internet connection. Second, double-check the information you’ve received again make sure to input the conference ID FIRST and your personal code (ticket number in most cases) SECOND. If none of this works, you can always contact us at support@impromptme.com

• Do I need multiple apps if I’m attending another event where your app is being used?

  You only need 1 app. Just like with Gmail or Slack app, you can simply log in to multiple spaces, in our case conferences. Simply follow the instructions received by the event organizer to your email.

• Who can see my information?

  Your in-app info is visible strictly to other registered attendees of the given event and by the event organizer. On top of that, you can always go to your in-app profile and further limit your profile visibility by changing your Privacy Settings. • Can I use your app at any conference or event?

  Impromptme app is only available at conferences and events where the event organizers purchased a license in advance to use our solution. If you would like to see our app at your next event, please see the following question!
